Profile

Technical leader with over twenty years of experience in software, infrastructure and hardware, from startup to government ministry. My work: setting the technical direction and building teams that deliver on their own, with automation, testing, security and compliance as part of the work, not an afterthought. I speak the language of both software and hardware engineers.

Hands-on since childhood: code at six, electronics at twelve, and I never stopped. Today that range runs from firmware and FPGAs on conference badges to platforms used by three ministries. Whatever the scale, the goal is the same: systems, and teams, that keep running without me.
